Digital Accessibility & UX
Practical, Cost Effective Compliance Solutions

Our Accessibility team understands the needs of organizations in meeting compliance standards. Federal and state disability laws, regulations, policies, and procedures all present different challenges. We help ensure your resources and systems are accessible to everyone, no matter where you operate:

  • Higher education
  • Corporate
  • Government
  • Non-profit

Accessibility Evaluations

Have your websites and applications evaluated by our highly skilled team. Our process involves not only automated tools but manual testing as well. This combination provides a clearer view of the accessibility compliance of your digital assets. We then detail our findings in a report that includes specific remediation solutions.

Our experienced testers can also complete industry standard documentation such as Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).

You can then use the VPAT to create an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR).

To further support your team as they work to improve accessibility, we also provide follow-up technical assistance. This allows the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any additional steps needed for greater accessibility.

User Experience (UX)

We keep people with disabilities at the forefront. What are their experiences when interacting with a product, system, or service? How will they use their assistive technology to access it? Will they have a similar experience to everyone else?

According to the CDC, more than 1 in 4 adults have a disability in the United States. Improving usability benefits everyone, but especially people with disabilities. Improving accessibility benefits people who have disabilities but also benefits the general public.

Accessibility Training

Our Accessibility team provides a variety of onsite and remote, role-based accessibility trainings. We customize our offerings to include: content creators, editors, designers, developers, and management.

Some of the topics for our trainings include:

  • Disability awareness and understanding
