CIDI Membership
Our services can be accessed by becoming a CIDI member.
We offer a range of membership levels, each designed to meet the particular accessibility needs of different types of organizations.
Basic
The Basic Membership is designed to offer our products at competitive, fee-for-service rates. This membership is recommended for institutions that have occasional requests for alternative media, and do not require assistive technology. There is no annual fee, as institutions are billed monthly for alternative media orders. Basic Members receive:

Alternative Media Production Services
Accessible textbook media creation, with multiple formats available (i.e. braille, electronic text)
Web-Based Management Software
DSP access to the Service Portal, our easy to use online system for ordering, delivery, tracking and reporting

- Online training resources, including instructional guides and videos
- Webinar-based training for disability service providers*
Support
- Technical Support for disability service providers (Service Portal only)
- Member Services support
Invoicing
Orders are invoiced on a monthly basis with net 30 terms
Deluxe
The Deluxe Membership is designed for institutions that have ongoing requests for alternative media and assistive technology. An annual fee of $1,500 provides access to a variety of assistive technology solutions, training, and technical support (among others benefits). Deluxe members are billed monthly for alternative media orders. Deluxe Membership receives:

- 25% off SAM annual license fee ($450 value)
- 10% off braille services
- 5% off video captioning and transcription rates
- 5% off remote realtime captioning for the classroom
- 5% audio description rates
- Free braille tests
Assistive Technology Software
- Various software applications available including: Text-To-Speech, Magnification w/ Speech, Screen Modification / Colorization, and Writing & Spelling software.
- Distributed directly to student computers through our secure Service Portal
- Available for download and use on institutional computers overseen by the disability service office
Web-Based Management Software
- Student access to our Service Portal, where students can download books and software
- DSP access to the Service Portal, our easy-to-use online system for ordering, delivery, tracking and reporting

Corporate, Government, Non-Profit
The CGN Membership is designed to offer our products at competitive, fee-for-service rates. This membership is recommended for corporations, governments, or nonprofits that require products to accommodate individual(s) with print related disabilities. There is no annual fee, as institutions are billed monthly for alternative media orders. CGN Members receive:

The Assistive Technology (AT) membership is designed for individuals who are not part of an organization and only require AT evaluation services.
