This table is designed to help you compare accessibility features across our many accessible file formats. Our file formats are designed to meet and exceed ADA Title II Standards and WCAG Guidelines for document accessibility. The only two exceptions are noted with asterisks in the table below: our standard PDF files and scanned PDF files. These two file formats are quick to produce and inexpensive, and could be a good option if you need an immediate solution for a student and there’s not a formal accessibility request.
If you need a Title II compliant PDF, we recommend our Tagged PDF file format.
