Rachel (she/her) earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida in 2022. She was introduced to Tools for Life (TFL) while completing her doctoral capstone project and was initially hired as an Assistive Technology Support Specialist. In her current role as TFL Occupational Therapist, Rachel helps consumers find AT solutions for their activities of daily living. She is also the lead for TFL's adaptive gaming initiatives.

Rachel is compassionate, a problem-solver by nature, and dedicated to providing exceptional support to the communities she serves. Rachel regularly presents about assistive technology, aging in place, and adaptive gaming at conferences and out in the community. She also serves to provide support from a clinical perspective on several CIDI research projects. Rachel believes everyone deserves an equal opportunity to live life to its fullest, and she hopes her work at Tools for Life and CIDI will make this a reality for more people with disabilities.
