Mack's background is in systems. After college, he began as a helpdesk technician, then progressed to systems support and system administration. Seeking a change, he researched full stack development and was drawn to the comprehensive process of building applications. Now, as an application developer, he aim to collaborate and build new applications. In his free time, he enjoys sports, reading, video games, and spending time with friends and family.

He holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Cyber Security from Middle Georgia State University. Mack is CompTIA Security+ certified and completed a full stack bootcamp at Georgia Tech, where he learned the fundamentals of front-end and back-end development. Currently, Mack is pursuing a degree in software engineering.
